SATURDAY, March 30th, 2019 :

   9:00 am: Registration/Check-In  $10.00 registration fee

10:00 am:  Joint Opening Session, upper meeting room

10:13 am:  MOC, Council of Administration, lower meeting room

                   MOCA, Council of Administration, upper meeting room

11:30 am:  Lunch at VFW Post 7916 – Pay-as-you go

 1:00 pm:  Depart to Visit Veteran’s at Potomac Place

1:30-3:00: Bingo for veterans, followed by patriotic songs

NOTE: Donations Needed: Please bring 2019 calendars, paperbacks, magazines, bibles, word search, cross-word puzzles (No Suduko please), wall hangings, to give as bingo prizes. Give to Ken Eggers, thanks.

   5:00 pm:  Hospitality begins – No host social at VFW Post 7916

LOCATION INFORMATION

We truly hope as many Cooties as possible will join us in Northern Virginia to have some fun and socialize as we conduct our very important business as Cooties of the 4^th Supreme District.

There’s plenty to see and do in the hotel’s immediate area.  Within 10 minutes in any direction you can find restaurant, shopping and VFW Posts.  Starting just outside the hotel, Stone Bridge at Potomac Town Center is immediately to the north of the hotel less than half-mile.  Potomac Mills is another mile. VFW Post 1503 is located at 4631 Minnieville Rd, Dale City, VA 22193 about a 10 minute drive and VFW Post 7916 is located 204 Mill St, Occoquan, VA 22125 also about 10 minutes away.  Quantico Marine Corps Base is located south on Highway 1 about 10 minutes away.
